Do you take custom requests for art?

Occasionally yes, if enough people are interested in something! But I always do custom prints on an individual basis! You can find all the information for custom artwork here!

What is the custom art process like?

Once you order your custom print, I send a JPEG proof through email in 2-3 business days for your approval or to make any changes you want before final printing. Keep and eye on your email and check your spam folder! For the custom wedding process, see the FAQ under on our Wedding Workshop!

What is the turnaround for custom art?

Please allow 2-3 days for custom art prints to be sent in proof form to your email. Once, approved, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping unless priority shipping has been chosen which is 1-2 business days.

Do you wholesale your products to shops?

Yes! We wholesale through Faire.com. Please visit our Faire Direct link to order. We really appreciate you doing this so we receive 100% of the profit and Faire takes 0% commission!

Do you have a retail location?

At the moment, we are entirely online and we do occasional in-person craft fairs and artisan markets around the New York area. We would love to have a retail location one day!

My art print came damaged, what do I do?

We take care to indicate to the USPS to please not bend our envelopes, but accidents do happen. If your package is bent and your print is damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Any time after 7 days we are not responsible for a replacement. *Please also take care when opening your package. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur when opening.
