**IMPORTANT** All custom products come with a proofing process before shipping. I will send you a JPEG proof of your design in an email and you can make any changes you want before approval. Keep an eye on your email!

Fox Burrow Designs is not responsible for any damage that occurs when opening a package. Please use care when opening with a sharp object, especially for orders containing fabric.
We take care to stamp our art print packages with "do not bend" however, sometimes the post office ignores this. If your package is damaged upon delivery, please reach out for a replacement within 7 days. of receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to return it for a refund, please reach out within 7 days of receipt.
We ship all of our orders USPS.
Our standard shipping time is 3-5 days. If you choose priority shipping, the lead time is 1-2 days.
